Each coin has been given the same grade designation and each do have more or less milk specs on the obverse. Cert#719 has deeper and darker fields that allow the frost devices to pop a bit more, but it does have a slightly more prominent area of milkiness in front of Kennedy’s nose and between the rim and I of IN.
