The coin has also retained some of the mint dust from the mint roll. And has never gone through the heat cleaning process at the mint. This 1965 coin was struck on a 1964 solid silver planchet which is an error because of the year. This Kennedy Half has DD in “we trust” and has doubling in the letter “Y”. And on the reverse side, the arrows and the olive branch have Double Die and the wings of the eagle are surrounded in a die clash line! And its lightly accented hair that silver Kennedy half’s have.
