1970 D Kennedy Half Dollar. Pcgs Gold Shield MS65. Truly Dmpl Obverse and a Nearly PL reverse. Since the reverse is close but not fully PL, Pcgs won’t give it the PL designation. 70 D’s are Truly Rare in PL as Advanced Kennedy Collectors know.
