Please no APO/FPO addresses. His 56-year old, first-year proof coin has a brilliant, white surface on the obverse and the reverse sides. The fields are highly mirrored which contrast beautifully with the frosty, cameo devises. This coin is part of a very small population since currently, for this proof-year, NGC has graded just 136 coins at this level with only two graded higher with a star.
